The 2025 Phantom Tricon is officially here after nearly two years of rigorous testing! It proved to be a difficult task for the crew at PRC to improve upon some of Phantom’s most recent and decorated chassis. However, after countless weekends at the track, several different prototypes, hours upon hours of R&D, and many brainstorming sessions our team found the ideal composition of tubing to create optimal roll speed, turnability, and consistency.
The chassis' geometry is a combination of the characteristics of two of PRC’s most popular and successful karts.

“Turns like a Triton, rolls like a Recon!”
Not only does the Tricon offer a quintessential combination of turning power and raw speed, but it also has more cassette adjustability. You can now lead your rear axle and/or change wheelbase lengths to further adjust turning ability. More information on this feature can be found in the Tricon owner’s manual.
The Tricon features a new state-of-the art (upgradeable) motor mount design. The "X1" Mega Mount utilizes a plate welded to the frame rails which takes place of the old fashioned “butterfly” clamps. The motor mount is a solid, 12-degree block that bolts directly to the plate. It can accommodate all stock-style engines including clone, Ducar, and Predator.
The Tricon is filled with customer requested features such as standalone 1” square front seat slides, ¾” traditional nerf bars, the throttle bracket mounts to the frame (no longer to the floor pan), a full length rear floor pan, and a new style front bumper which will reduce chassis bind.
We are yet to see if the Tricon will live up to it’s name, but we are excited to develop its future with you!
Each Tricon chassis is hand-assembled and available as either a Base or Elite Edition package.
